These Terms govern access to and use of OnlyUno, including record pages, card pages, registry pages, discovery pages, verification pages, proof references, public metadata, and related services.
OnlyUno is operated by Laudani LLC as part of the SpinStream / OnlyUno proof-record and registry system.
By accessing or using OnlyUno, you agree to these Terms.
1. What OnlyUno Is
OnlyUno is the registry, viewer, discovery, card, record, and verification layer for certain SpinStream-related proof records.
2. What OnlyUno Is Not
OnlyUno is not copyright registration. OnlyUno does not register copyrights, determine ownership, provide legal advice, verify authorship, guarantee originality, verify licensing, guarantee sample clearance, or guarantee legal outcomes. OnlyUno display does not mean that Laudani LLC, SpinStream, or OnlyUno has verified the legal status of a work.
3. User and Visitor Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse OnlyUno, misrepresent ownership or authorship, submit false proof records, impersonate others, scrape or abuse registry data, interfere with security, violate rights, or misuse public record data.
4. Public Record Display
Public records may be discoverable, indexed, shared, cached, screenshotted, or referenced by third parties. OnlyUno may remove, restrict, hide, or disable content where appropriate.
5. No Legal Advice
OnlyUno does not provide legal advice. Consult an attorney for legal questions.
6. Copyright and Takedown
Copyright and takedown procedures are available at /copyright/. Rights concerns: copyright@spinstream.xyz.
7. Service Availability
OnlyUno may change, limit, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
8. Disclaimers
OnlyUno is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Laudani LLC, SpinStream, and OnlyUno will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages.

These Terms may be updated from time to time.
