SpinStream and OnlyUno are operated by Laudani LLC. This Privacy Policy applies to OnlyUno, onlyuno.xyz, SpinStream-related registry pages, viewer pages, card pages, record pages, discovery pages, verification pages, and related services.

OnlyUno is the registry, viewer, discovery, card, record, and verification layer for certain SpinStream-related proof records.

SpinStream and OnlyUno are not copyright registration, do not provide legal advice, and do not determine ownership of creative works.

1. Information OnlyUno May Display or Process

• Work title
• Artist or creator name
• Description or creator statement
• Timestamp or record date
• Public artifact URL
• Registry or verification URL
• File hash, artifact hash, or proof reference
• Blockchain transaction reference, if applicable
• Public media, artwork, or preview material selected for publication
• Rights or contributor information submitted by the creator
• Record identifiers, card identifiers, and related metadata

If a SpinStream record is published, indexed, ingested, or displayed through OnlyUno, that information may become publicly visible or referenceable. Do not submit or publish information you do not want visible in a public or referenceable record.

• IP address
• Browser type
• Device type
• Operating system
• Referring page
• Pages visited
• Date and time of visit
• Logs, request data, and security events
• Approximate location based on IP address
• Cookies, analytics identifiers, or similar technologies where used

3. How Information Is Used

OnlyUno may use information to display public record and card pages, operate discovery or registry functions, verify or reference SpinStream-related records, maintain visibility settings, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to requests, improve reliability, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and enforce policies.

4. Public Records

OnlyUno is designed to make certain records public, searchable, discoverable, or referenceable. OnlyUno display does not mean that Laudani LLC, SpinStream, or OnlyUno has verified authorship, ownership, originality, copyright registration, license status, sample clearance, or legal validity.

5. Sharing Information

We do not sell your email list. Information may be shared with service providers and disclosed where required to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect rights, prevent fraud, enforce policies, or protect security and integrity.
