# ONLYUNO × SPINSTREAM
## Internal Doctrine — Artifact, Hosting, Elevation (Version 1.0 · Locked)

## 1. Core Principle (Non-Negotiable)
SpinStream creates the artifact. OnlyUno preserves, presents, and contextualizes it. Nothing in this system transfers ownership of creative rights away from the creator.

## 2. What a SpinStream Mint Is
A SpinStream mint is:
- A finished, immutable promotional artifact
- Created by the artist
- Designed for playback, sharing, and archival reference
- Permanently identifiable
- Never altered after finalization

Once minted, it is view-only and immutable.

## 3. What OnlyUno Is
OnlyUno is not the creator and not the owner. OnlyUno functions as:
- A registry
- A gallery
- A standing mint page (canonical reference)
- A hosting and presentation layer

OnlyUno provides context, continuity, and visibility — not control.

## 4. Canonical Structure (Source of Truth)
There is exactly one canonical page per mint: **the OnlyUno Mint Page**. This page:
- Is human-facing
- Explains what the artifact is
- Links to or launches the SpinStream experience
- States provenance and permanence
- Preserves creator ownership clearly

All other surfaces (PopCards, galleries, links) point to this page.

## 5. Gallery & PopCards (Strictly Limited Role)
PopCards and gallery tiles:
- Exist for discovery only
- Never define meaning or ownership
- Contain minimal metadata
- Link to the OnlyUno Mint Page
- Link to the SpinStream experience (optional)

PopCards are doors, not rooms.

## 6. Creator Rights (Always True)
At all times:
- The creator retains full intellectual property rights
- No ownership is transferred
- No exclusivity is implied
- No speculative value is promised

OnlyUno sells services, never the work itself.

## 7. Lifecycle Model (Graduated, Optional)
### A. PromoPerm (Default State)
- Minted SpinStream artifact
- Listed in OnlyUno gallery
- Has a permanent Mint Page
- Shareable forever

This state is complete and valid on its own.

### B. Hosted Promo (Optional, Time-Based)
- Active hosting
- Gallery visibility
- Playback availability
- Paid as a service, cancellable at any time

Ending hosting:
- Never deletes the artifact
- Never alters the mint
- Only affects visibility and hosting

### C. Buy-Out (Stability Upgrade)
- Ends recurring hosting fees
- Locks in long-term hosting
- Preserves access without subscriptions

This is:
- About stability
- Not ownership
- Not rights transfer

### D. Master Level (Rare, Deliberate)
- Invitation-only
- Separate agreement
- One-on-one discussion
- Used for elevated presentation, curated exposure, long-term archival intent

Never automatic. Never implied. Never coerced.

## 8. Language Rules (Enforced)
Use:
- Artifact
- Hosting
- Presentation
- Registry
- Archive
- Optional upgrade

Never use:
- Investment language
- Ownership claims
- Guarantees of value
- Artificial scarcity
- Automatic escalation

Tone: museum placard, not marketplace.

## 9. Immutability Rule
Once a SpinStream mint is finalized:
- Content does not change
- Meaning does not drift
- Metadata is archival
- Playback remains intact

Only contextual layers (hosting, visibility, presentation) may change.

## 10. Drift Prevention Rule
If a future feature proposal:
- Confuses ownership → reject
- Adds speculative framing → reject
- Forces upgrades → reject
- Alters a finalized artifact → reject

If it does not clearly preserve creator trust, permanence, and clarity, it does not ship.

## 11. One-Sentence North Star
SpinStream creates permanent promotional artifacts; OnlyUno preserves and presents them with clarity, consent, and continuity.

This doctrine is locked. Any future design, code, pricing, or copy must align with it or be rejected.
